PTUCE is having a skill issue and I can't even play 4.0 OR 4.5, says there's something wrong with the sounds or something

hold F8 when the intro starts playing
keep holding F8 untill you see a popup
oh yeah also dont forget to open the server.bat file
The PTUCE does not work for me when I enter onfline mode or the online mode
